Since 10 days @RelianceDigital is unable to do a small wet Service of an AC, and the customer aupport line says we have too many orders what a bullshit is this you cannot do the support whay are you guys selling the product. support agent are raising infinit complaint but n actns

@RelianceDigital is saying the motor part is not available from past 3 months they are looking for replacement. Is it my fault that a product in warranty has not been replaced by the seller. If the part is not available replace the whole washing machine as per consumer rights.

Extremely disappointed with @RelianceDigital and @LGIndia. My LG 1.5 Ton 5-Star Dual Inverter AC was installed poorly (outdoor unit tilted like a solar panel) under a heavy Mahogany tree. Despite 100+ days of complaints about the structural risk, there’s zero response.
