I'm having a hard time imagining someone could be this stupid. A guy comes into our store and special orders a gun. We order it for him, it arrives, he comes in fills out all the paperwork, we have a copy of his driver's license and his signature, and he leaves with the gun. Realistically, it will likely be 10–15+ years before Tanner Horner is executed, if he is executed at all. Incarceration will cost taxpayers an estimated $250,000-$400,000 while he’s on death row. This is a problem in the system. Why does it take this long?? This should happen tomorrow morning.
