What was everyone staring at off the coast of Carlsbad, California? 👀🌊 On June 20, witness Chris was enjoying a day at the beach when something strange caught his attention. One by one, random people stopped what they were doing, turned toward the ocean, and began staring at the exact same spot. Nobody seemed to be talking. Nobody appeared to know each other. Yet dozens of people were suddenly focused on something out over the water. Chris couldn’t tell what they were looking at, but he says the entire scene left him feeling uneasy. Was it a natural phenomenon? A marine animal? Something in the sky? Or something else entirely? Watch the footage below and tell us what you think is happening. 👇 #california #alien #mystery #beach #creepy

@RoyRogers_HTMS Stanley Jordan is a master of tapping. Before EVH. EVH was awesome but others developed the technique.

In one of the coolest moments in rock history, Eddie Van Halen stood inside the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History and broke down exactly how he invented his legendary finger-tapping technique. He explained how he stumbled on the idea as a kid — inspired by piano and classical techniques — and later saw Jimmy Page playing with one hand and turned it into the explosive sound that changed guitar forever. Then he plugged in and unleashed “Eruption” live, right there in the museum. Watching Eddie demonstrate the birth of modern tapping in such a historic setting? Pure magic. That two-handed technique went from his bedroom to stadiums worldwide and influenced an entire generation of players. Eddie didn’t just play guitar — he rewrote the rules. One of the greatest innovators rock has ever seen. Rest in power, EVH.

@RoyRogers_HTMS I had the unbelievable experience of sitting next to Eddie at his house, on the small couch by the kitchen as he just shredded all nonchalant while having a conversation between riffs. Unreal. I’ll never forget it.

I am growing exhausted by the constant onslaught of people posting the equivalent of a Fail Publicity Campaign for a movie that hasn’t even come out yet. Could we please just let people decide for themselves? Love it or hate it, it’s just kind of rude to other people who are just regular people wanting to see a movie to have so many people jumping on the Fail Bandwagon…. And most of the posts are written in such a way that they are delighting in trying to make it fail…. Because that’s what the algorithm rewards. Whether this film lives or dies is not the point. The point is that other people who just want to go see a movie are feeling like they can’t go see the movie they want to see because it feels like everyone is pressuring them not to see it…. Or pressuring them to hate it. People deserve to go see the movies they enjoy. People also deserve to avoid seeing the movies they don’t want to see. But nobody deserves to have the internet telling them what they should feel good about seeing and what they should feel bad about seeing. There is so little joy in the world right now, why take away someone else’s joy just because you don’t want to see a movie? It is okay to see supergirl if you want to see supergirl.

Unpopular opinion. The iPad remains the most pointless device in apple’s lineup. I’ve pretty much owned every single one including the current iPad Pro with the matte screen. It’s been collecting dust. Still haven’t figured out what to use it for. - I don’t draw. - Most of my work, iPhone 17 pro max works. - Serious work, MacBook Air or pro. - Netflix etc? Apple TV What am I using an iPad for? Someone please prove me wrong. I so want to love it but just can’t figure out where it fits into my workflow. Do you have an iPad? What do you use it for?

Question for the men in the group: do you know how to fix a tire? If you got a flat tire, would you fix it yourself or call AAA? (I do not need my tired fixed. I’m doing research.)

Are you deeply outraged that, while hundreds of millions of Americans and I are struggling financially, Elon Musk has now become the world's first trillionaire, with more wealth than he could spend in 1,000 lifetimes? A. YES B. NO

@Matt77062932461 @Breaking57 “DRIVING” is a legal term. She said she was traveling of RIGHT and was not engaged in COMMERCE which is what “DRIVING” means. The police are the ones who are wrong and they’re trespassing on her rights. She has not harmed anyone and “playing the Sovereign game” is condescending.

You are already manifesting everything in your life. Everything in your life is manifestation from the observers perspective ie: consciousness. The idea here is to deliberately manifest your reality. Deliberate creation from the perspective of consciousness. Or keep doing what you’re doing and pay it no mind, but this is the truth nonetheless, and you can create the life of your dreams by doing the work

@maximumpain333 If you truly trusted in God/Universe and yourself, you wouldn't be bothering to try and manifest anything. Your ego is the thing trying to manifest altogether. When you're truly aware, you realize there is nothing you need or want because you already have it all.

I haven't watched this yet, but I have said that Anika IS better from a technical perspective. For instance, there are probably complex things that she can play that may have been difficult for Neil to execute. We have to understand that Neil's time was years before some high end players such as Anika were even born. The bar has been raised to the point where we're seeing 10 yo kids playing guitar, bass, drums etc like absolute prodigies. I remember hearing the Fly by Night album as a kid and being thunderstruck by it. I'd never heard such creative PERFECT drumming in rock songs like that. In fact, every aspect of it was perfect to me. That being said, watch "RUSH best intro ever," that I've attached below... Neil was surgical in execution and his parts were meticulously crafted to FIT the song, from simple displacement to full on beast mode fills. That took some thought, execution and a brilliant mind, which is why we also have him to thank for his lyrical prowess, which many of his drum parts accented beautifully. Anika may have some tricks up her sleeve that are technically more refined, she's not his creative equal or superior. In the end Neil Peart was never the best drummer of all drummers, but he was the best for Rush. youtu.be/YSToKcbWz1k?si…

This is a 45 minute, sometimes unhinged rant that at it's core makes some very valid points. Some RUSH fans won't want to hear the argument he makes, but if you watch the whole thing you may realize that he might just be right. #RUSH #FiftySomething youtu.be/bouFGe4q_kE?si…
