Make each image flush at the corners, no line borders. Each image occupies a consistent proportional framing. -- Panel 1: [prompt] -- Panel 2: [prompt] -- Panel 3: [prompt] -- Panel 4: [prompt]

Yes. Each image within the grid needs to have the same dimensions, so for instance something like this would help get you 4 16:9 images that @freepik would recognize and therefore offer the Split Grid option: Show me a 2x2 grid (16:9 images) of X. Separate each image with a thin black line. Each image occupies a consistent proportional framing.
