@ReturnToReagan My point is the GOP does not really want this to pass which is why they insist on putting a laundry list out. They want to claim large scale voter fraud in November so they don’t have to face the fact that their policies are not popular. We are not a serious party anymore.

If you like the '2-speech' rule as a way to force a final SAVE America vote, there are currently 7 different questions before the Senate. If all 47 Senate Dems spoke 2 times for 3 hours each on those 7 questions, that would be 1,974 hours of debate or 82+ days.
