The Timothy Thomas protests in Cincinnati have turned into riots.
Several hundred residents of Over-the-Rhine throw stones and bottles at police, smash the windows of Cincinnati City Hall and police precincts, and loot local businesses.
Police make 600-800 arrests and there are at least 60 injuries. $4-10 million in damage is estimated.
