🇪🇸🇺🇸 Spaniards just ranked Trump as a bigger threat to world peace than Putin, Netanyahu, Kim Jong-un, Xi Jinping, and Iran's Supreme Leader. 63% say Trump poses a "very high threat." Source: EL PAÍS

🇺🇸🇨🇳🇷🇺 Something significant just happened in the diplomatic push to end this war. In the last 24 hours, China's foreign minister spoke to Russia's foreign minister. Russia's foreign minister spoke to Iran's foreign minister. All three are now actively engaged around a proposed framework called the Islamabad Accord, with Pakistan as the main go-between for the U.S. and Iran. This is no longer a regional mediation effort. This is the U.S., China and Russia all pulling in the same direction at the same time. Iran has publicly rejected talks repeatedly. But rejecting Pakistan is one thing. Saying no to both Beijing and Moscow simultaneously is a much harder position to hold. China and Russia are Iran's two most important relationships on the planet. Their trade lifelines. Their diplomatic cover at the UN Security Council. Tehran can ignore Washington. But there are countries it can’t afford to ignore. The framework may fail. The mistrust runs deep and the IRGC is not convinced. But for the first time since this war began, the diplomatic architecture looks serious. Watch Islamabad very closely. Source: @Kamran_Yousaf

🇺🇸🇮🇷 Neither side can say yes to a permanent ceasefire right now. So they are talking about a temporary one. Iran got hit twice in a year and cannot walk into an open-ended deal that leaves it exposed. The U.S. cannot offer permanent peace without getting something on nuclear weapons and missiles first. So they borrowed the Gaza playbook. A time-limited pause, while the real fight moves to the negotiating table. Source: @AmitSegal

🚨🇮🇷 INSIDE IRAN: WARPLANES ARE OVERHEAD, BUT YOU NEVER SEE THEM Journalist Dimitri Lascaris says he’s confident foreign warplanes are entering Iranian airspace, but what stands out is how they operate. He says he heard jet engines multiple times, yet never saw a single aircraft, not even lights in the sky. The planes are flying too high to be visible, suggesting they are avoiding exposure rather than operating freely at low altitude. @dimitrilascaris

🚨🇮🇷 INSIDE IRAN: THE MILITARY IS NOWHERE TO BE SEEN Journalist Dimitri Lascaris says despite traveling across multiple regions of Iran, he saw almost no visible military presence. He didn’t encounter tanks, missile launchers, or even military trucks, only a distant anti-aircraft system, which stood in sharp contrast to other war zones where military equipment is everywhere. He says it appeared Iran’s military had deliberately been kept out of sight, even as air defenses were actively operating, which he could hear but never see. @dimitrilascaris

🚨🇮🇷🇺🇸 INSIDE IRAN: WHY JOURNALISTS REFUSED TO LEAVE Journalist Dimitri Lascaris says the danger was real, but it didn’t change their decision to keep reporting. He admits they were concerned, but after witnessing the situation on the ground and the way people treated them, something shifted. The hospitality and resilience they saw created a strong bond, to the point where he felt ready to risk his life to continue covering what was happening. @dimitrilascaris

🚨🇮🇷 INSIDE IRAN: THE COUNTRY HAS A VISE GRIP ON THE STRAIT OF HORMUZ Journalist Dimitri Lascaris says what’s happening at the Strait of Hormuz is simple but powerful. He counted around 90 tankers and cargo ships sitting still near the Iranian coast, many waiting for permission to move, as traffic through the strait has dropped by more than 90%. The strait isn’t officially closed, but Iran is controlling the flow, deciding which ships pass and which stay stuck. @dimitrilascaris

🚨🇺🇸🇮🇷 THE STRATEGIC TRAP: U.S. AIR FORCE IN IRAN The U.S. military is walking into a sophisticated operational trick according to expert in naval issues Andrei Martyanov. He argues that American forces have zero experience against modern, integrated air defenses that actually shoot back. By pushing deeper into Iranian airspace, Martyanov warns that assets are being lured directly into a lethal Russian-backed defense net. Success against the Taliban does not prepare the Pentagon for a real peer-level war.

🚨 BREAKING: 🇹🇷🇵🇰🇪🇬🇺🇸🇮🇷 Mediators from Egypt, Pakistan, and Türkiye have presented a 45-day ceasefire proposal to both sides. The plan includes reopening the Strait of Hormuz as a key condition. 🇦🇪 The UAE has also offered to help ensure the strait remains open under a deal. Source: Fox News

🇮🇷🇺🇸 Iran's FM spokesman responding to Trump's ultimatums: "Iran has been constantly facing ultimatums and deadlines not for 48 hours but for 48 years. Iranians even spoke politely and with dignity in the Stone Age. Psychologists should examine the reason for the rudeness of the other side." And in case you missed it, that’s a direct jab at Trump's "Open the Fuckin' Strait" post. Source: Tabz

🇫🇷🇺🇸 France just pulled all its remaining gold out of the New York Federal Reserve. 129 tonnes moved from U.S. custody to Paris vaults between July 2025 and January 2026. All 2,437 tonnes of French gold reserves are now entirely in France for the first time since the 1920s. France says it's "not politically motivated," just upgrading to modern standard bars. But the timing is notable given global tensions and the Iran war. They also made €13 billion profit on the swap due to rising gold prices. Source: @mining

@MarioNawfal Is this talk verified? Pakistan mediating? The chance of it working is slim and that's because there would be terms and conditions for the cease fire, which Iran may not agree to.

🚨BREAKING: 🇺🇸🇮🇷 Iran and the U.S have received a plan to end the war, drawn up by mediators in Pakistan. Under the proposal, dubbed the "Islamabad Accord," a ceasefire would take effect immediately, reopening the Strait of Hormuz, with 15–20 days to finalise a broader settlement. Pakistan's army chief, Field Marshal Asim Munir, has been in contact "all night long" with JD Vance, Steve Witkoff and Iranian FM Abbas Araghchi. There’s no word from either side yet.
