Most officials I know do it for the Student Athlete, but once you’re promised a game fee for the season it’s not right to change it. Even more when it’s a cut from last year.

@samxvasquez @clm250 I like that Super Cup idea. Hey @NWSL here’s an opportunity.

@clm250 It would give it more meaning if they were competing for a spot in a Super Cup between the winner of the league & the winner of the Challenge Cup. But I think it's more competing for tv ratings. Playing it during the season is less overlap with more popular sports.

I LOVE Racing Louisville. But I must confess that I don't understand NWSL at all. If you ask me, the Challenge Cup being woven into the reg season is just a hardship for most teams. Imagine the NBA playing a tourney among themselves during the season. I don't get it.
