I absolutely love what Vrabel has done. Not only year 1 but how he approached some of the holes left after some departures. I’m a fan of AVT, Gilliam, and Hill signing (protection and run game help). I’m with you on the not giving up a 1st. That’s more where I was coming from. They want that and a 2nd? Too much for what we still need to see addressed.

It looked awkward at the time but it’s obvious in hindsight. Dudan clearly tells Chrysler to come get him and Chrysler is consoling him. McHugh looks like his dog got hit by a bus. Rest of the infielders could not be more somber. Hell of an ovation for him though
