Suman’s journey did not begin with mangoes. After unstable returns from wheat and rice, he shifted to floriculture and even created a rose plant that bloomed in seven colours. That same curiosity pushed him towards mango grafting. Years of observation led him to one unusual tree that flowered across multiple seasons. He spent over a decade refining it into what is now Sadabahar. With its rich flavour, low fibre, and Alphonso-like quality, this variety is already drawing attention from farmers and researchers across India and beyond.
