You know, I don't generally publically poke atheists, agnostics, and "skeptics" about their beliefs. I tend to let sleeping dogs lie. But hey, there's always that one guy... Genesis is a short primer on Human Behavior. So is the Bible, really. However, Genesis openly asks very profound exisential questions if you know where to look. They also get answered, albeit, not directly. Some people, it seems, get hung up on the visuals. People like to call it "fairly tales." One of the largest set of fairly tales that's, you know, backed up with archaeological evidence. But trying to convice "skeptics" of anything other than the Flying Spaghetti Monster schtick is like casting pearls before swine. Oddly enough, people love to focus on the ark in the Noah's Ark story, and the implausability of it all. They laugh at the notion that the world would drown...whle raging about coming catastrophy of "climate change." What they choose to overlook is the depths to which mankind had sunk in their depravity that God decided to do a forced reset. So much so that Jesus mentions the Days of Noah in the Gospels as a precursor to His return. There's a warning in there, somewhere. But, hey, it's all "fairy tales."

@MrQuestX @DanNEO_SS Agreed. Hey, if it isn't that good, no biggy. It doesn't take away from the books or movies. So many peeps say that remakes/reboots ruin the original. I'm not sure how. Hopefully we are pleasantly surprised.

#HarryPotter looks very good. I was 11 when the first movie came out, so even though it doesn't seem that different, it's important to remember that this is for a new generation of kids. It'll be fun seeing all those moments from the books that there wasn't room for in a film.

No one asked my opinion about Harry Potter, but here it is: I’m actually really excited to see this new take on @jk_rowling’s masterpiece. It was such a magical part of growing up and reading and seeing the movies. It especially just always reminds me of Christmas time. It’s my favorite time to watch them. I think it’s going to be awesome for my friends who have kids to get to experience this whole new take with their kids. I will be watching it with my 3 lbs dog and that also will be magical. But if I had kids, the sharing of the Harry Potter world would be really special. I just think all the “outrage” over it is stupid, every angle of it. Just enjoy it. And if you don’t like it, cool, stop spoiling the fun for folks that do.

I had a fun time at GalaxyCon in Richmond this past weekend. One of the highlights was seeing William Shatner again and hearing him speak. I’m just amazed at his energy and coherence at age 95, and the humor and poignancy with which he considers his own situation… 1/
