Just because the website is so bad and keeps crashing. Think we only have 4 reservations in 3 weeks, (for some reason the Italian ones do work, but still crashes)

@Interrail your website is awful. How can you plan a trip if it does not allow to to process reservations for seat. Horrendous experience, never again.

@squawkbox @Interrail Agree, have a complete nightmare trying to make reservations. Website is so slow and barely functional at time.

If someone has a mobile pass, can you book a Eurostar reservation without a pass number? Someone at @Interrail needs to take a good look at the user experience journey. It is a mess at the moment. (Sometimes it is easier tweeting than having to use interrail dot eu.)

@santanderuk I want to transfer my 123 account to a 123 lite account. From what I've read this can only be done in branch or by phone. Both of which are not feasible or necessary. Can you please improve your online functionality to allow this.
