Might delete this later but I've put in for an ADHD referral through the NHS. It'll be a long wait so I'm looking for ways to manage it myself until then as I'm really struggling. Can any of my mutuals recommend some good resources for coping strategies or toolkits?

@RobGilroy Drop me a DM if you ever want to chat ADHD. I got diagnosed a few years back and have been picking up bits n bobs along the way. Best thing to do is drink a lot of booze ha no joking stop drinking if anything.

@PabloBonzo I might be jumping the gun with the word referral. I've done the initial test and I'm on the list for the next stage. I'm not holding out hope for a speedy response as that was a year ago. I'm glad your kids have received a diagnosis and hope you manage to get one soon too!

@RobGilroy Well done on getting the referral. I've tried to get one for ages and always been told by my Doctor that I'd have to go private to get assessed. Since then both my kids have been diagnosed with ASD & ADHD through the NHS and I still can't get a referral. Hope you hear soon.
