@travels_along The whole series has been spellbinding but last night’s was very emotional and, yes, a tear was shed! Everyone involved should get an award and it was good to see that television can still produce quality drama.

@LiverpoolVista It was only a couple of years ago that I actually noticed the Liver Birds in Rodney Street and realised how dramatic they are. So much to see in this part of the city.

Early 19th century Grade ll listed cast iron lamppost with original lantern, in Rodney Street, #Liverpool. There are 16 other listed lampposts in the street. By the way, over 60 Grade II listed buildings in this 516 metre long street too. Just measured it on Google Maps👍

If you’re ever on the Lleyn Peninsula, North Wales, have a walk along the beach at Porth Dinllaen. You’ll find Ty Coch Inn (The Red House) which is a great spot for a relaxing drink with lovely views across Caernarfon Bay.

@Waterstones We are staying in North Wales at the moment (this is our view) and we’ve had some very wet days. “Oh good” we say, “We’ll just have to stay in, admire the view and crack on with our latest book!” 😄📚🍷
