That is toxic dust from a concrete recycling plant that is across from apartments and businesses on the Brooklyn waterfront. The dust contains silica, which is known to cause cancer. The city decided this was a good idea and @NYCMayor has ignored concerns from the community

Many are calling for a #Jets coaching change. Those cries will get even louder if NY can't come back & win down 20-10. I just don't see what that accomplishes.
