* Why I've Been Buying $Gochu * (and why I'll keep doing so - a longer post) The past 24 hours have been wild for me, filled with major ups and downs. Long story short, I was drained. The PoS stole 30,000,000 of my Gochu tokens (solscan.io/tx/58efcbYTR4P…) yesterday afternoon and quickly bridged them to stable coins (solscan.io/tx/KVYnqqmuGaF…) leaving me completely screwed out of thousands of dollars. My heart had honestly dropped... I had lost months of savings/work in a second from some assh*ole scammer... I really thought I was done for. Desperate, I posted on X for help, only gaining exposure to more bots and frauds... so my last resort was the @gochufun team themselves. The Gochu team have recently unveiled their staking mechanism to holders with weekly rewards, however there is an "emergency unstaking" feature where for a 30% penalty, you can unstake funds immediately to free up liquidity. Ironically, this had somewhat saved me, as 9 million of my 30 million position was kept within the Gochu ecosystem as a penalty which the Gochu team so graciously gave back to me in this fiasco. As anyone in crypto knows, once your funds are gone like this, it's near impossible to get anything back - within minutes I thankfully got back 30% of my position. On top of that, I was only hours away from my initial staking reward, which for my position size amassed to over 9 SOL (in just a week)! For this I was also devasted as I'd be losing out on over $1,000 (currently) because of being drained. But no, the Gochu community is one-of-a-kind, almost unbelievable in this crazy space. Thanks to an agreement with other holders, the community & team so generously allowed me to re-coop my lost staking rewards as much as possible, and I was given 8 SOL this morning from my initial position... incredible. Last but not least, some of the community members voluntarily have sent me Gochu tokens (and their own staking rewards!!!) which amassed to over 1,000,000 additional Gochu tokens to help regrow my position. Thanks to this incredible project, team and community I have almost 40% of my initial stolen position and I'm forever grateful. I am writing this to spread awareness of how amazing of a community and project @gochufun is... Not only do they have incredible tech at a severely undervalued price ($500K MC as of this writing): - fully functional launchpad; several coins already bonded - anti-pvp tech to discourage sellers before bonding (30% early selling fee goes back into the LP rewards for token holders) - new staking features (90% of site revenue goes back to stakers, image how crazy this will be once the platform grows) - several partnerships apparently on the verge of being announced... The project has an incredible team & community, it's truly one of a kind and this may be one of the best investment opportunities on @solana today. I truly believe what this project is doing is what @toly and Solana's founders envisioned for chain and its builders. I could be in a much worse place today, but I'm still kicking, still trying, and will continue supporting @gochufun as much as I can. If you read this far, thank you.
