Hon'ble Union Home Minister, Shri @AmitShah directions to open all roads & highways of Manipur from March 8 must be strictly implemented on the ground and stringent action must be taken up if anyone tries to obstruct the Centre’s instructions which are aimed at restoring normalcy in the state. Additionally, documents reveal that volunteers wishing to quit are subjected to heavy penalties, raising serious concerns about the organization's practices. A letter issued on the official letterhead of Kuki Inpi explicitly states: "Volunteers are not allowed to quit. If they want to quit, they must pay ₹2,00,000 and prepare a feast as per custom." This revelation points to the imposition of undue financial and social burdens on individuals who may wish to step away from activities prescribed by the organization.
