Something you don’t normally see. The referee in tonight’s MetroStars vs Croydon match blew the whistle for full time at 90 min mark, no additional time. There were 4 goals and 4 sets of substitutions during the second half. Croydon were probably happy at that point to end the match 😆

@RobiMatosevic no different, except includes teams not Premiers. If they wanted this format, they could have play 2x groups of 8 teams just to make more matches against other clubs. Even if they could only play once.

This is a Champions League style format, and not a proper Home and Away league fixture. It’s a Cup comp, not a League.

@JPantelios The more development the better. This 28 hours is over the past 6 months in the off/pre season training I should have mentioned. My other son will go into R1 Aussie Rules with limited training.

The difference in training between two codes (1 son Soccer, 1 son Aussie Rules) before Round 1 (Under 8): 28 hours - Soccer 3 hours - Aussie Rules
