Some of you guys know about what is happening at home with me and my family. On Aug 16th me and my dad were at a camp and we were told that my mom had 6-8 weeks left to live. She told me that she was in her fourth quarter and that I was in my 1st quarter and to finish what I started. My mom might not be here to see me play my first senior game. My mom might not be here for my 18th birthday on Sept 29,24. My mom won’t see me get my 1000 pts. My mom won’t get to see me get my 500 rbs. In a Cabarrus County middle school basketball landscape that often presents clear young talents, there was no brighter 2028 talent this past season than Mekhi Allen (Queens Grant). Allen’s length, shooting, and feel for the game makes him promising. #PhenomHSTeamCamp @Mj35Allen

A claim that is overstated for many, there is no doubt in my mind that 2025 Geronimo Clark (Queens Grant) can play college basketball. At 6’5, Clark has legitimate ball skills with a nose for the basket and budding perimeter skills. He should be monitored. #PhenomHSTeamCamp

I appreciate how 2025 Ian Howard (Queens Grant) uses his strong frame as a forward that can impact games on the glass, as well as his game within 15 feet. Howard is more than capable of extending to the perimeter, but seemingly chooses to embrace his role. #PhenomHSTeamCamp

This young man works out every day! Whether that's conditioning or improving his skill set. He plays with energy and attacks the basket aggressively on offense with a very good mid range game, something you don't see much today. Has developed I to a consistent 3pt shooter.
