@BoschHomeUS After weeks and weeks of attempting to get some help, I am going to track down the email for the president of Bosch US, and send him a direct email since your service department is incapable. I will post that on here for those having the same problems with Bosch service.

@BoschHomeUS We have a Maytag washer and dryer that still work well, with 25 years of service we are shopping for replacements. All our other appliances are Bosch. We’ve been chasing your service team for a month on a problem with our icemaker. We ca no longer consider Bosch for our laundry!

@BoschHomeUS 2nd major plumbing failure in 3 yrs on a premium 500 Series fridge (filter leak, now dead ice maker—a known defect). Told we must wait 4-8 BUSINESS DAYS for a manager to call back? Unacceptable. Needs escalation today! Appt Ref: 2772100102

@BoschHomeUS More detail on my “service call” yesterday. Despite your email, promising a call the night before or morning of the meeting. We received no call, had there been, he could’ve simply told me there was no replacement part. $244 to have a tech spent five minutes is outrageous!

@BoschHomeUS This is the same phone number for the people that were not helpful whatsoever, so I won’t be calling. Sadly, I just spent nearly $250 for a service call, the repairman was unable to secure a replacement part and advised your appliances don’t last as long as they use to.
