I saw the worst of parents' behaviour at a girls’ @BerksandBucksFA cup match yesterday, the screaming at the ref was unlike anything I’ve seen at any level. Everyone makes mistakes, but respecting referees is essential. A group of parents let @ReadingFC and their own kids down.

The reality of women's football outside the WSL is that these players are self funded, part-time football players. With this type of injury increasingly common in the women's game, more support is needed from the governing bodies and regulators.

We are sad to confirm that Vice Captain Danielle Puddefoot has suffered an ACL rupture and meniscus tear and will miss the remainder of the season. Read Danielle’s story below, and support her rehabilitation if you can. ❤️‍🩹 gofund.me/93ef5c67d

Please know that this is baseless scaremongering from Trump and RFK. There is no good scientific evidence linking paracetamol (Tylenol) to autism. A 2024 Swedish study of 2.4 million births found no relationship whatsoever between exposure to paracetamol in utero & subsequent autism, ADHD or intellectual disability. Likewise, there is no good evidence linking vaccines (of any kind) to autism. Spreading medical disinformation is a disgusting abuse of political power with dangerous real world consequences.

People say that when you're in your comfort zone, you're held back. But it's not comfort it's fear that often holds people back. Fear of failure, fear of being different. Once people are beyond that fear, there is so much space for learning and growth.
