Sticking to the rules and not running flat out but still had a pleasing progressive split run and 1st in age cat 😍

Nothing beats a nice refresh, just a shame I had 3 work calls during the process!

Early morning runs are fun but I'm ready for bed now after a crazy day!

Right decision was made today and I've had the best day supporting & seeing so many people I know😊

Brought that decision forward in favour of a good night's sleep. I don't want to limp round so spectating it is 😪
