@georgediano Firewood, dead wood! Does even trespass justify this ordeal? We have become an evil society where the sense of reason no longer applies and celebrating wrongs is becoming the norm. Why can't they deal with bigger thieves, the likes of politicians, with the same anger!

@Senior_Sley Do you know!
Children are big people in small bodies, not kids (goat's child) and not idiots (as many think).

While taking a walk in one of the slum communities, I came across some kids playing football. I stopped for a while to watch them display their talents when the ball suddenly fell into a pit. One of them quickly jumped in and threw the ball out but then found it difficult to climb out because his hands could not reach the top of the pit. I stood to see what his friends would do.
This is how the boys demonstrated their wisdom to pull their friend out.
Never underestimate the wisdom of children; they have so much to offer. Give our kids a chance, give them the right training, the right tools, the right morals and the world will change for the better.

@Maryian96 It's their norm especially when entering the high house to look for favours and Maendeleo for their stomachs. Nakumixture and Farao Kiberiti confirmed with their remarks, no one will be surprised to see that happen. It's been happening.

Shock as Senior Police Officer Lured into a Roysambu Lodging by Over 20 Women, Assaulted and Robbed.
A senior police officer identified as Mark Maninde is currently hospitalized at Mbagathi Hospital in Nairobi County after a tragic incident that happened to him in Roysambu on Sunday night.
The officer is said to be in pain but in stable condition as doctors continue to monitor his health.
In a statement he gave while in the hospital, the officer told journalists that he was driving through a remote area in Roysambu at around 9:30PM when a young woman stopped him by the roadside.
According to him, the lady looked distressed and politely asked for help, saying she had a problem that needed attention.

English

@HonAdenDuale @rigathi No serious allegation implicating him with loss of medical equipment, SHA money or lack of medicine in hospital. Why can't you do what you were appointed to do other than trying to please your appointer with side shows and attack on Hon Gachagua. Yeye sio minister of health!
English

Kenya deserves leaders of integrity, not endless controversy.
@rigathi Gachagua rose to high office under a cloud of serious corruption allegations involving billions of shillings. Even the courts have questioned the source of his wealth.
But this story did not begin there.
In 1997, he was dismissed from the civil service while serving as a District Officer in Laikipia over gross misconduct. A matter he has never fully explained to the public.
In July 2021, he was arrested by the DCI at his Nyeri home over allegations of money laundering and abuse of office, tied to vast sums of money flowing through accounts associated with him.
Even within his own family, disputes have spilled into the open. Relatives of the late Nyeri Governor, Nderitu Gachagua, have raised concerns over the handling of a multibillion-shilling estate. Claims that remain contested, but serious enough to demand clarity.
Then came the unthinkable. For the first time in our history, a sitting Deputy President was impeached by constitutional institutions over violations of oath, divisive rhetoric and conduct deemed unfit for office.
This is a pattern that raises urgent questions:
Can we trust leadership weighed down by persistent integrity concerns?
Can a nation unite under divisive politics?
Can accountability mean anything if we ignore such a record?
I have challenged the impeached former Deputy President to state clear facts and stand firmly on integrity. If he wishes to lecture the nation, he must be ready to answer every question, not just the convenient ones.

@ouma_neko Baby will be alright buddy. This storm shall pass and you and your family will experience peace and tranquillity. You have cared for many out there, the Lord God shall never forsake you in this hour of need. May Rapha send His healing Word upon your baby's body.

My baby developed breathing problems, and by the time we reached the hospital, his oxygen levels were dangerously low. Hearing that he had pneumonia broke me in a way I can’t fully explain. In that moment, nothing else in the world mattered except his life.
We are currently admitted, and these have been some of the hardest hours of my life watching him fight to breathe, feeling helpless, praying for every single breath he takes.
But in the middle of all that fear, I am grateful. He is responding well to treatment, and that gives me strength. I thank God for that small but powerful mercy.
Right now, I’m holding on to hope, to faith, and to every sign of improvement. That’s all that matters.

Dating a police officer or defense forces personnel is not for the weak.
This man took loans, squandered them with other women, and his salary after deductions couldn’t even service the loan.
The wife paid rent, covered school fees, and on top of that, filled the gap in his loan repayments.
Now let’s assume she was cheating too. Wha authority did the already cheating man had to taking her life?
How will he pay those loans from jail?

DPP charges University student with hacking journalist's Whatsapp account, opposes bail.
The Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) has charged a university student with hacking into the WhatsApp account of a journalist, in a case that highlights the growing threat of cybercrime.
Cyrus Kibet Rono was arraigned before Mombasa Resident Magistrate Hon. Green Odera, where he faced multiple charges under the Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act, 2018. Prosecution charged him with unauthorized access contrary to Section 14(1), as well as access with intent to commit a further offence under Section 15, for allegedly infiltrating the journalist’s WhatsApp account with the intent to commit theft.
He was also charged with identity theft and impersonation under Section 29 of the Act, for allegedly stealing and using the journalist’s identity to defraud unsuspecting contacts.
The court further heard that on 14th April 2026, the accused was found in possession of 39 Safaricom SIM card passwords suspected to have been fraudulently acquired and used in theft-related offences.
Rono pleaded not guilty to all charges.
Principal Prosecution Counsel Purity Musembi strongly opposed his release on bond, citing ongoing investigations and the risk of interference with evidence. The investigating officer informed the court that forensic analysis is being conducted on seized electronic devices and that the accused is linked to other similar offences.
Hon. Odera ordered the accused be remanded at Urban Police Station pending a ruling on the bond application.

@ClintonObonyo He looks so strong but he was a weak man. That's not just a mental health issue but weakness. Strong men control their emotions, weak men are controlled by them. Substance & drugs can lead to weakened emotions, & such an act could have been triggered by a toxicated mind & heart.

He walked into the kitchen where she was preparing supper… and turned it into a scene of horror. He stabbed her again and again—deep, merciless wounds—as her screams went through the house. Their three young children watched, frozen in fear, as their mother fought for her life. They carried the trauma. Then, as if that was not enough, he turned the same bloodied knife on himself, slitting his own throat before collapsing beside her. He had already swallowed poison. The floor was covered in blood. By the time help came, only the children were left alive.
Winnie Akusuha was thirty years old. A mother of three. A woman who had chosen to walk away from pain in search of peace. Just a week earlier, she had left her troubled marriage in Nairobi and returned to her parents’ home in Kabwareng village, Nandi County—hoping to rebuild her life, to protect her children, to start again.
On the evening of 15 January 2025, at around 7 p.m., that hope was shattered.
Her estranged husband, Hannise Simani Juma, traveled over 350 kilometers from Nairobi. He came with a plan. In his bag were birth certificates, a torch, poison, and a written outline of what he intended to do. He disguised his visit as something harmless—bringing documents for the children. But what he carried in his heart was something far darker.
Winnie was in the kitchen, doing what mothers do—preparing a meal for her family—when he attacked.
He lunged at her with a knife and stabbed her repeatedly. The wounds were deep and deliberate—cuts to her shoulders, her hand, behind her head, and multiple stabs near her collarbone. She tried to fight back. She screamed. She struggled. But the violence was overwhelming. She gave up.
Her children saw everything.
Family members rushed in after hearing the screams, only to find Winnie lying on the floor, writhing in pain, surrounded by blood.
Then came the final, chilling act.
Hannise turned the knife on himself. He slit his own throat in the same kitchen, beside the woman he had just attacked. A bottle of poison was later found—he had already swallowed it, ensuring he would not survive.
Both were rushed to Jumuia Friends Kaimosi Hospital.
Winnie was pronounced dead on arrival.
Hannise died shortly after.
What remained was silence… and three children whose lives had been shattered in a single evening.
It was not accidental. It was planned. Written down. Prepared. A deliberate journey from Nairobi to Nandi to end a life—and his own. Police confirmed it as a calculated murder-suicide.
Winnie’s parents, Musa Keya and Mary Ondiso, were left with grief too heavy for words. Their home—once a place of refuge—became the very place their daughter took her last breath.
Winnie and Hannise had once been young lovers from high school. A story that began with promise. But somewhere along the way, love turned into conflict… and conflict into tragedy.
Three children—a boy and two girls—were left behind. No mother. No father. Only memories of a night no child should ever witness. The trauma.
She ran from danger… only to meet it at the doorstep she believed was safe.
Rest in peace.
Winnie Akusuha — 30 years old. Murdered on 15 January 2025 in Kabwareng village, Nandi County, by her estranged husband Hannise Simani Juma, who later took his own life.

Bungoma Police Station is a crime scene. This man named Omundu, locked a woman and her daughter inside their house from the outside, poured petrol, and set it on fire. He is still a free man.
There were witnesses who saw him commit the offence. He was arrested, but later bribed police officers at Bungoma Police Station and was released, the case Is not even in court.
Omundu engages in illegal activities, and those who try to expose him are threatened,he has also threatened me.
The woman lost her life, while the child survived with severe burns and spent several days in the ICU.
I saw him in town, and it broke my heart.
Kipchumba Murkomen and Douglas Kanja, the police bosses in Bungoma, are part of this corruption. People are planning to protest. This criminal must be arrested.
