@ZARA_Care I ordered perfume on 13th November and have still not received it, when I contacted you online you were very unhelpful and said to just wait! This is totally unacceptable and i am sure it has been lost by Evri!

@bradsbabe82 @ZARA_Care Zara responded today and are sending a replacement thankfully! Evri have obviously lost the original, this is the 2nd parcel being delivered by evri in 2 weeks that hasn’t arrived!

@RunningRach @ZARA_Care Evri are probably the worst delivery company I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with! Why businesses use them to deliver their products is beyond me!
