@thsottiaux Not yet* Codex is so great I'm officially on the $100 month plan now. I'm using the heck out of this thing. It's great
English

@ajambrosino Still no update on Computer use for windows??
English

This thing does more than what you think it does. Codex now available for non-coders
OpenAI@OpenAI
It's never been easier to do everyday work with Codex. Choose your role, connect the apps you use every day, and try suggested prompts. Codex helps with everything from research and planning to docs, slides, spreadsheets, and more.
English

@thsottiaux It would be awesome if chats synced over the web across devices
English

@thsottiaux So what's the line between GPT and Codex? Or is that becoming increasingly blurred?

English

English

English

Somehow sales haven't slowed down over the last few days, and we're now into Batch 11. Also, the % of Ubuntu pre-built configurations is continuing to climb!

Framework@FrameworkPuter
One week after opening pre-orders, these are still selling extremely fast. We're now into Batch 10, which is our last August batch. We're going to do everything we can to scale manufacturing capacity to build these faster too!

@mokeyandabandit @profstonge Isn't some of that mental and social shaping used to prevent depressed people from committing suicide? Apples and oranges are different, but both are fruit.
English

@Ryan_Ravenson @profstonge This is apples and oranges, Ryan. Shrinks attempt to change and shape mental and social faculties within an person. Hospice and nursing etc is directed toward caring aiding primarily the physical aspect of a patient's needs with a dose of compassion thrown in.
English

Unless you think you're a lamp-post, Psychiatrists are completely useless.
mitsuri@0xmitsurii
Psychiatrists when asked how many patients have they cured.
English

@mokeyandabandit @profstonge The answer to that is whatever world view they hold. Which was likely heavily influenced by their secular, leftist College
English

@profstonge @Ryan_Ravenson Spot on Peter, not to mention much cheaper! The other main premise for me is....by what world view are they counseling me?! People that enter counseling without any existing foundation can be persuaded to follow any and even adverse counseling advice.
English

@profstonge @Ryan_Ravenson I have always subscribed to the Frasier Crane theory of psychiatry. He said psychiatrists are for people with no friends.
English

@profstonge I'm not saying there aren't better alternatives lo but because there are better alternatives doesn't mean the original is useless. Just wasteful.

English

@Ryan_Ravenson In theory, but other studies have found untrained sympathetic listeners (bartenders, taxi drivers) have equal benefit to psychologists. And they're a lot cheaper.
English

@fekdaoui It doesn't break. I've used my hermes agent to repair my openclaw agent multiple times, never the opposite. Hermes. Just. Works.
Also self improvement skills. @Saboo_Shubham_ wrote a banging article explaining the two
