I watched the NHL Network EC preview to see what they thought and all they had on the Islanders was a 30 second snippet about Schaefer. Disappointing.

UNPOPULAR OPINION: extensive pogos are trendy.
Was listening to @mboyle1959 on @SCPodcast2007 about why he doesn’t do pogos.
I do think they are useful (mostly microdosed as part of warm-up)
But they have to fill a bucket 🪣 you need. Some just add them without thought 💭

@mboyle1959 @stevemagness March ‘22, age 55, I was at 895.
June ‘24 I went down to 656.
I drastically cut drinking in July & really focused on my sleep.
Tested again in Jan this year & I’m back to 850.
Completely natural. I assume there are some genetics involved.
7% of males my age at that level.
