Pretty shitty that going on a diet to be healthier causes so many health problems while your body detoxes. I have had the WORST stomach problems for the last week 😫

Having trouble breathing lately, likely just my asthma flared up but can't take any days off work because I need that MGK day money so just casually been dying at work all week because I will not miss out on being there 🙃
