Senator, you did offer to sign onto my bills on Friday afternoon. I did state this at my press conference, which your supporters attended. I also reminded the press that you had an opportunity to fund this project last session, when your party had full control of the state government. Why didn't you get it done? Finally, the "outside-the-box" approach referred to my Legacy Fund bill. You have given the 3M bill a lot of free publicity, but the Legacy Fund bill deserves some too. #mnleg
