I get the mail-in rules — ballots postmarked by Election Day can arrive later and have a cure period.
But the pattern so far is: zero late-counted ballots breaking for Pratt while the others pick up shares.
That's not impossible, but in a race this close (with Pratt surging on law-and-order, homelessness, and fire response issues), a total shutout on provisional/mail drops raises legitimate questions about turnout models, ballot harvesting patterns, or where the remaining votes are coming from.
