The final crossing of t’s and dotting of i’s – and what should be my last update on SEC v Ripple ever… Last week, the SEC agreed to drop its appeal without conditions. @Ripple has now agreed to drop its cross-appeal. The SEC will keep $50M of the $125M fine (already in an interest-bearing escrow in cash), with the balance returned to Ripple. The agency will also ask the Court to lift the standard injunction that was imposed earlier at the SEC’s request. All subject to Commission vote, drafting of final documents and usual court processes. That’s all folks!

After a few days of bullshit, I was finally able to get a wifi — time to start shitposting again. Just want to let you know that in the past week, I added more $RENDER to my original bag, which I bought a long time ago at around $0.55. It’s now my largest holding and, consequently, my highest conviction bet for this cycle. It combines the safety of a big cap with the potential for a wild run, being among the top coins of two of the most mainstream narratives at the moment — a god-tier combo, to me. I can honestly see it going a bit lower in the short term, especially if Bitcoin does its usual dumb movements. But I didn’t want to overthink the entry point (my average price is still much lower, so I’ll be fine). I believe that once Alts start breaking out, RENDER will be one of the leaders in terms of hype and performance. Anyway, I have other stables ready to be deployed in case we hit the dip everyone on CX is anticipating. I have my eyes on a specific Altcoin — it will probably be the last piece of the puzzle for me, then I’ll go back into chill and wait mode.
