@rintaro_step 意外と体重あります!お腹周りのお肉が凄いあります💦 筋トレも併せて行っているので、身体づくりも目標に頑張ってます😁 今年は10月に地元のマラソン大会に出る予定なので、STEPNも併用して頑張ります😊

#stepn １週間の体重変化は83.3→83.6→84.5 痛みが出ない範囲でコンスタントに階段やってはいるものの２年走ってた人間が走れなくなると体重はそう簡単には減らないですね( ´△｀) 今は体重よりも走れないことで日々のリズムが悪くなる方がしんどいです。 早く走りたいし山も登りたい⛰️🥺

@tagawaita ボンダイやクリフトン、マッハシリーズ辺りは有名で、私もスポーツ用品店で試着したことがありますが、どれもクッション性が高くていいなと思っておりました😊登山やられてるのですね✨ホカは登山シューズもいいと聞いたことがあります!YouTubeは本当に便利だと思います😊

@STEPNer15 初めまして、自分はバイクで転けて鎖骨を骨折してリハビリ兼副収入としてSTEPNを始めました。 学生時代に走り幅跳びでオスグッドの症状が出て部活を辞めました STEPNはリハビリとして精神的にも良いと思います。 実際の靴はＨＯＫＡが良いと思います。サイズが合えばメルカリで安く手に入ります。

@BigBigDinosaurs 私は学生の頃からバレーボールやってるので、ジャンパー膝の存在はかすかに認知してましたが、まさか自分がなってるとは思いませんでした💦サポーターを膝に付けてSTEPNしてますが、走ったりするとアスファルトからの衝撃でやっぱり痛みを感じたりします。Joggerでリハビリします😁

@naochama708 SNOWで撮ったので若干盛れてます😂普段バレーボールをやってるので、跳ぶ＆着地の繰り返しで膝を酷使してたみたいです!定期的にリハビリが必要だと言われました😊STEPNはできます✨
