Je connais des jeunes qui ont 10 000, 16 000 et même 45 000 euros d'amendes pour des motifs lunaires.
Certains reçoivent même des amendes sans avoir croisé un policier !
Ça, ce n’est pas la République : c’est l’arbitraire !
