Diversity is no longer just a “nice-to-have” in the workplace; it is a proven driver of performance and is married to inclusion. Having diversity w/o inclusion leads to a revolving door of talent - people will work for you but if they feel like outsiders, it’s unlikely they stay.

Attracting and retaining talent is the WHOLE game. There is not ONE founder I have met in the region that this is not an issue for. Why aren't we talking about building a corporate culture early thats focused on your team being able to build their own dreams?
