Can we stop @Edwina_Currie from commentary on @bbc5live She does not live in the real world. What does she mean that if <20% of health workers are complaining they don’t have PPE, it means > 80% who are not complaining are OK! Saying they should take it up with their managers!

@GWRHelp 09:42 from Totnes to Paddington. 5 coaches not 10, seat reservations not working, no buffet trolley and most of the toilets out of order. You utter jokers. Pathetic.

@GWRHelp on Totnes to paddingron 9.21. freezing cold, everyone in coats...after 1 hour 20 mins still no sign of a trolley to get a warm drink. Appalling service, you should be ashamed.
