Authors, don't forget that rest and recuperation are also parts of the writing process. Obstacles such as plot holes, character deficiencies, or mistakes in voice or tone are all easier to solve if you're not exhausted. Find time and space to take care of yourselves.

One of my favorite things about owning a bookshop by a middle & high school is that I have kids come in every day after school to study, play chess, or just browse & chat. Most of them had never been in a used bookshop before, and I feel in my small way I’m changing their lives.
