@luxmy_g @SimonCalder @BBCBreakfast @British_Airways can you tell me why a class of 24 children was asked to leave flight BA0485 due to technical difficulties after sitting on the plane for approx 3 hours, no accommodation provided, had to sleep on airport floor, still no info on flight home, been there over 24hrs

@British_Airways How is it acceptable to leave a group of schoolchildren stranded at Barcelona Airport? Due to fly on BA0485 but have been forced to sleep on the airport floor, with no BA representative, no accommodation, no food, no confirmed flight home, and no communication!
