Thought it to be a calcified lesion- could not image first, proceeded with OA, which stalled. Mangled stent- astutely identified by @jedmxk, wisely adviced by @DrBillLombardi to stent over it. All is good @mevansMD @skyazim @SanjogKalra @perc_surgeon
