Lower back decided to spasm this morning as I finished my daily exercises. Cue much shuffling around like your nan, huffing & puffing with occasional yelps of pain. I’m hot water bottled up & have sent Mr K out for more ibuprofen in all forms. Not the most productive of days. 😬
