I started a YouTube channel in Jan - you only need 1 vid to reach a wider audience and it all rolls from there

Still in the grindy phase at the moment with YouTube. I’ve done 16 videos in the past four months, hired a team to help produce it and make better content and more aligned to my niche and audience. But it’s slloooooooowwww!! I’ve committed to another 4 months and 15 videos so only time will tell. When do you pivot if YouTube isn’t working?

A year ago we were getting 3,000 views on our YouTube channel per month. Now we get about 5,000 views per day. We had a focused, structured, consistent plan of action and showed up consistently every single day - sharing the same message, being on point and on brand. Guess what? It works. The opportunity hasn't passed. It's still there for anyone who wants to be focused and consistent with their message. There's a massive audience just waiting for your message.
