@compub hi. I ordered a item for collection on Saturday and my order is still in process. I’ve called the store and there is no answer. The main customer care number is invalid and I emailed the info@ address 24 hours ago and no update! It’s pretty poor service :(

@compub waiting on an order from November 13th.
Very little feedback except for an email in early December saying it will be 2/3 weeks it’s now nearly 4 weeks.
In total just shy of 2 months. I spent 2 hours on hold also on the phone line. Can somebody contact me ASAP
