As the retirement claim is not consumed during bridging, there is no threat to utilizing digital carbon for offsetting purposes. @0xPolygon, @ReFiDAOist, @atem_earth, @senken_io, etc, have utilized digital carbon for the env. claim themselves or on behalf of their clients. 14/16
