I don't think people understand the gravity of the situation linked to the strikes on oil depots in Iran, the desalination plant in Bahrain, on oil infrastructures in Saudi Arabia and Oman, and beyond. Bombing oil depots across Tehran didn't just kill civilians. It poisoned the air, covered in thick black toxic clouds of smoke, contaminated the water and turned the sky into acid rain, raining oil on millions of people with cancerous polluted air entering every lung. This has serious environmental and humanitarian consequences. Hazardous "black rain" and "acidic rain" in Iran and Saudi Arabia could pose serious health risks as toxic pollutants spread in the air, and the attacks on desalination facility in Bahrain has also threatened water access for civilians—raise concerns of "wider regional pollution exposure", with the long-term effects of pollutants, affect respiratory health and contaminate water, that will affect people for years. Every bomb dropped on an oil depots is a time bomb for the people and the planet. This has moved beyond geopolitics. It's a crime against humanity.
