Como le dije a un amigo… esto es en parte por la competencia, en parte por las salas que tiene asignadas… pero lo he dicho ya un montón de veces y nadie me bajará de este barco: esto es también porque cimentar el DCU en personajes secundarios es una estupidez También he criticado mucho a Gunn por estas decisiones. Y las cifras me darán la razón Y sí, Supergirl hará seguramente más que Hulk como segunda película del DCU, pero superar $265M no es nada para presumir

@BlackMajikMan90 The only superhero movies that will succeed are event films with main characters like the upcoming Spider-Man; the rest will fail. We have the example of Thunderbolts, B-list characters that nobody cared about.

If these numbers hold, I think the entire comic book movie genre is officially reverting back to pre-2012 years. Years where we are only getting 2-3 comic book movies a year and those films are saved for the big brand name characters. I think the Golden Age of Comic Book Movies are officially coming to a close.
