@Aj_Arroyo_ As a facility owner, what is the solution coaches/instructors are looking for? Salaried position with quotas on lessons per month? Not looking for a hired gun…want a member of our team. Salary seems to get us closer to that…??

Coaches are tired of the 1099 one on one lesson trap inside of somebody else’s facility. Facility owners who still have that as an option are going to 100% fall behind in the next two years and be stuck trying to scale a problem.
