After leaving, the Host generated fake cleaning invoices using AI of fake companies. They then claimed to make payments fake payments to them for cleaning services after his stay, and wanted reimbursement But it was all fake. So he made a post warning others not to stay there, the host has a criminal record and what how they generate fake cleaning bills with AI and want reimbursements Airbnb took action against him, not the Host, saying he couldn’t post all this publicly available info and to delete the video or they will delete his account Stop using Airbnb He even provided Airbnb with proof the invoices were fake and AI-generated, photos disputing the damage claims and the host’s public criminal history and Airbnb still didn’t care

Plumber came out. "You need a new water heater. $3,800 installed." I looked up the unit on the invoice. It retails for $600. $3,200 for two hours of labor. I'm not saying tradespeople shouldn't earn well. I'm saying no one showed me the invoice until I asked.

Idk if anyone else is like this but my husband thinks I’m weird… I do not cook anything hearty in the summer, like soup, any southern food(I’mfrom nc), chilli, beans etc. my mom is like this & so was my grandmother🤷🏾‍♀️ Bc it’s not summer food. He doesn’t understand. Is it just me?

@financedystop I used to do bee removal. You learn the red flags through painful experience! If that guy hadn't walked away it would have been a living nightmare. I've learned over the years. That person probably would have done a stop payment on the check just to be a dick. It happens.

This guy owns a roofing company and walked away from an $8,000 job over a $200 difference. He said there were already some early red flags with the customer, and once the guy started haggling over $200 on a project that size, he realized the job probably wasn’t worth the headache.

My family and I are getting ready to move again for the Army. This morning, while having my coffee in the quiet of the house before everyone was awake, I wrote down all of my moves. My dad was in the Army, so I have been moving around since I was born. 19 moves. That’s a move every 2 years (and I’m pretty sure I missed one or two). That doesn’t include deployments. That’s a lot. I think the one thing I’m truly excited for in civilian life, whenever that may be, is stability. Setting down roots and watching my kids grow up in one area where they genuinely know people. Anyways, time for more coffee.
