It will never cease to amaze me how many American boxing fans and writers seem unable to grasp: 1. Size matters. 2. The state of an opponent matters, not just name/belts. 3. Rounds are scored on landed punches, not aggression or styles. 4. Compubox means nothing: gotta watch.

Saying loma deserves HOF and is more accomplished than Bud Crawford means you either a hater or a casual. Whenever loma stepped up to competition he lost when bud did it he won by either KO or UD. When loma went for undisputed he lost bud won 3 times against better competition

Terence Crawford honestly shouldn't be in the Hall of Fame. He has exactly one win against a prime world class opponent his size in his entire career. A career fighting smaller or shot fighters should be looked down on, not worshipped.

@ShChildBoxing @ZulekBoxing Loma got dropped by Russell in the 9th round, but y’all don’t like to talk about that. Then, when it comes to the Haney fight now y’all wanna watch tape closely. Loma fans pick and choose like any other fan base, y’all are not special. Bud is better than Loma, accept it.

@ZulekBoxing Crawford doesn't have prime guys his size. That's the problem. On the other hand, Loma beat guys like Russell, Walters, Linares, Pedraza, Haney. All his size or bigger, all in top form.

@ShChildBoxing The biggest highlight of his career was in his 2nd and 3rd fight.. everything after that, underwhelming. Crawford 3 weight undisputed.. can’t see that happening anytime soon

Certain fighters, like Crawford, Stevenson, Keyshawn, and Haney, have been extraordinarily privileged throughout their careers. Fighting much smaller opponents or winning belts against the Indongos of the world or getting tons of rounds they clearly lost. It's bad for the sport.

Gervonta Davis's recent wins over Frank Martin and Ryan Garcia look somewhat less impressive in light of Martin going life and death with Albright and Ryan losing to Rolly. On the other hand, Pitbull battered Rolly and Tank beat Pitbull.

BTW, for those in the comments who are saying Cotto shouldn't be top 10 because he only had 3 MW title fights, (a) they were all lineal at least, and (b) the other options were Saunders (4 MW title fights), Charlo (4), Lara (4), or Trinidad (2), none of whom were lineal champ.
