@akilamsp @HaramainInfo I am also having the same problem, first dose was May 2021 and second dose in Jun 2021. Cant update the second. If anyone resolve this issue then please guide us or if anyone with the same issue landed in KSA then please let share your experience @Motawif_SA

@HaramainInfo Assalamu alaykum. I can’t put my 2nd dose date earlier than October 2021. Is that a website error?

Pilgrims that are travelling to Hajj are recommended to complete the Muqeem form on the website before entering the Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia: arrival.muqeem.sa/#/vaccine-regi… This registers the flight details as well as vaccination dates and details of pilgrims.

@BushHabeeb @HaramainInfo Call your embassy and they will issue the visa manually and then you can print from the portal

@HaramainInfo We have submitted our e-visa application about 48 hrs ago. We haven’t received our e-visa yet. Should we resubmit ? Please help. Sending you a screen shot. Without e-Visa number we cannot fill muqeem form. Pls help.

@Motawif_SA #Motawif. For package with ticket Plz call Saudia Airline to find your booking reference number. Then download the Saudia app to your phone and enter it in there. Once Motawif have booked it and paid for the flight all details appear on the Saudia Airlines app

@drwkhaliq @Motawif_SA I completed the form yesterday and till now i am unable to print the visa, did you face the same issue after completing the form your status change to visa form sent to embassy??

@Motawif_SA I got pre approval visa message on my profile and I updated the MOFA form with all the info but I was not able to print the visa because the status is showing visa form sent to embassy, please check and advise. My flight booking is on hold until I get the visa

Kindly also check mine as i am unable to print the visa. i got preapproval but after completing the form now the status showing send to embassy. Ticket ID - 2022061074456

@aish15 @Motawif_SA i did exactly what you have mention, but i did not get the print option at the end, now that status is showing "VISA_SEND_TO_EMBASSY".

@Motawif_SA #Motawif, the package prices are now showing double from the original prices and want to confirm is this some error on your side or it’s really the right price, when I registered the price for 2 on gold package was $12,700 now it’s $24,740 for 2 without flight. Kindly confirm

@HaramainInfo @Motawif_SA @HajMinistry @MoHU_En Canada does not include any flights as Saudi airlines does not fly here anymore. We are forced to find long expensive routes paying more than $3400 for 1 ticket. I hope the hajj packages accounts for this.
