@Okabekin you want to try this build? obviously dont go it if enemy has many bruisers/tanks. I build it excactly on this order. I take runes based on movement speed. And I really enjoy cash back. I think its extremely underrated

I know @Pinkwardlol already made posts about it but your q randomly running out is so gamebreaking (happens a lot aswell). Please fix @drewlevin @RiotPhlox @michaeljackson
