So important to recognise the difference between 'giving up' & 'letting go.' #CPR is essential first aid in cardiac arrest, yet completely inappropriate at anticipated end of life. DNACPR isn't giving up, it's acknowledging the point at which to let go. @CoxonGeorge @lucypgeridoc
