The most intelligent dog will still not use a toilet. Not because it’s dumb or wicked but because it is limited. Dogs will shit on the floor unless you consistently take them outside. Low functioning people are limited. They must be told what to think and what to be outraged about. No amount of facts or explanation can affect them. This is why they lose their minds over simple things like racism or sexism. It’s easy to understand. That is their brain working at maximum capacity.
